NikkahInJannah.com offers personalized matchmaking services for a fixed duration, based on the package selected by you. The goal is to facilitate your search for a compatible life partner through profile discovery, matching, and communication tools available during your membership period.

Our platform allows users to self-register by providing required information (and optionally, additional details). 5. Duplicate profiles are not allowed. If any member is found to have multiple accounts, NikkahInJannah.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate all associated profiles without notice.

Account Security

NikkahInJannah.com never requests your password. Please do not share your login credentials (such as password, OTP, or user ID) with anyone. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out using your account.

The platform strictly prohibits the promotion of illegitimate or immoral relationships outside of marriage. Any user found engaging in such conduct will have their membership permanently terminated without a refund. Such terminations are at the sole discretion of NikkahInJannah.com.

Profile Visibility Strategies

1. NikkahInJannah.com provides an online platform where users can search, find, and connect with potential matches on their own. It acts solely as an intermediary and does not offer matchmaking guarantees or personalized matchmaking unless explicitly stated.
2. We do not assure any specific outcomes or results from the use of our platform or affiliated matrimonial services.
3. Match suggestions and profile results are generated automatically based on your partner preferences. Changes to your preferences will affect the type of matches shown.
4. While we use encryption and security tools to protect your data, we cannot fully guarantee protection during data transmission or prevent third-party tampering.
5. Members are free to send or receive interests based on mutual preferences. You retain full control over whether to accept or decline any communication.

Role and Responsibility of NikkahInJannah.com Members

1. To ensure better response and credibility, members of NikkahInJannah.com are expected to upload a recent photograph (taken within the last three months). Photos must be of clear quality, without sunglasses, hats/caps, or side views. Uploading outdated or misleading images or inaccurate information is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in profile suspension or termination under Clause 2(b).
2. Members are strictly advised not to engage in financial transactions with other users. Requesting or offering money is against our policy and is considered a serious violation. Additionally, using inappropriate, disrespectful, or abusive language in communications is strictly prohibited.
3. To get optimal search results and visibility, members should log in regularly and interact with other profiles. Free members can express interest through system-generated messages, while paid members may send personalized messages. Users are encouraged to review incoming interests and respond appropriately.
4. Members are responsible for keeping their profile information up to date. Failure to update material changes in your profile information may lead to temporary suspension of your account.
5. If your marriage is finalized, you are required to either delete your profile manually or inform NikkahInJannah.com Customer Support to deactivate or remove it from the platform.
6. Members must not post or share content that is vulgar, obscene, offensive, or against the public/national interest. Violations will lead to profile suspension and may result in legal consequences.
7. Users must provide complete and truthful information while creating their profile. NikkahInJannah.com is not liable for any consequences that arise from the concealment or misrepresentation of terms_important facts.
8. NikkahInJannah.com does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or authenticity of any user-submitted information (including age, occupation, religion, caste, or other personal data).
9. The use of bots, automated scripts, EXEs, or any other external programs to interact with the site or its members is strictly forbidden and will result in a permanent ban.

Communication with NikkahInJannah.com Members

1. Members agree to receive communication via email, calls, SMS, or WhatsApp from NikkahInJannah.com and its affiliates.
2. Automated messages, images, or links may be sent by the platform. Users confirm their contact numbers are not registered under DND/NCPR or accept calls despite such registration.
3. Members can set communication frequency preferences or opt out of general communications but agree to receive service-related calls from support managers.

Member Disputes

NikkahInJannah.com is not responsible for interactions, financial exchanges, or disputes between members via the platform or other communication mediums.

Content Rights

Members are solely responsible for all content submitted, including profile details and photographs. By submitting content, members grant NikkahInJannah.com a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and distribute the content. NikkahInJannah.com may remove non-compliant content or suspend accounts without refunds.

Third Party Services

NikkahInJannah.com may partner with third-party service providers and is not liable for services rendered by them. Members are advised to check for updates and changes on the platform.

Limitation of Liability

NikkahInJannah.com does not offer marriage guarantees and is not liable for damages resulting from service use. Any liabilities will be limited to the extent of applicable law.

General Terms

If a false complaint is lodged against another user, NikkahInJannah.com reserves the right to suspend the complainant’s profile and seek damages. All funds paid will be forfeited upon such violations.

Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold NikkahInJannah.com and its representatives harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from misuse of the services.

Termination

NikkahInJannah.com may suspend or delete profiles for valid complaints or violations. Termination ends access rights, and relevant clauses survive post-termination.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadakara, Kozhikode, Kerala.

Payment Terms

Payments through cards, net banking, UPI, or PayPal follow RBI norms. Services activate post-payment realization. Dishonored payments incur penalties, and services remain suspended until resolved.

Refund and Transfer

Memberships and payments are non-transferable and non-refundable. Any such attempt violates terms and may lead to service termination.

Force Majeure

NikkahInJannah.com is not liable for service interruptions due to events beyond its control.

Content Disclaimer

The platform disclaims responsibility for any errors, omissions, or user behavior. Services are provided "as-is."

Age Criteria

Users must meet the legal marriageable age in India (18+ for females, 21+ for males).

Contact Access Rules

• Males can contact profiles up to 15 years younger; access is limited if interest is declined.
